DDR5 MEMORY MODULES

In comparing DDR5 technology to its predecessor, DDR4, the advantages are clear and profound. Viking Technology’s DDR5 offers enhanced capacity, reduced latency, and significantly faster data transfer rates, operating at effective speeds of up to 6400Mhz. One of the most notable advancements is DDR5’s transition from a single 64-bit data channel to two 32-bit sub-channels. This architectural shift not only enhances data transfer agility but also contributes to improved power efficiency, making DDR5 an optimal choice for energy-conscious applications.

Furthermore, DDR5’s doubling of the number of banks from 16 to 32 effectively creates a supercharged data highway, facilitating seamless and rapid data transmission.

Viking Technology DDR4 Memory module include densities up to 128GB and is supported in both commercial temperature and industrial temperature.

Viking Technology DRAM stacking capabilities is also deployed for the DDR4 memory family to enable higher density modules, allowing for lower cost compared to DDP’s or single die monolithic devices.

DDR3 MEMORY MODULES

DDR2 is part of Viking Technology’s legacy memory solution and will be supported for as long as the application program is required.

STACKED DRAM SOLUTIONS

Designing the highest density memory module solutions typically requires multi-die packaged DRAM (DDP or QDP). These multi-die packaged DRAMs have significant cost premiums, due to compound yield loss at test. Viking Technology’s DRAM stacking approach, enables the most cost effective solution in the industry.
